Great chairs, high quality, and look fantastic
Pretty easy to assemble. They came brand new, but one had a pretty noticeable scratch on it and then when I was putting it together, I used a power tool (it says not to, so that’s on me) and broke a screw off. So I contacted their customer service team – I literally was connected to a US based human being within a minute of calling. I told her honestly what happened. She said it was no problem and she’s be shipping me a replacement part for both the scratched piece AND the piece that I broke a screw off in. She also confirmed what I needed for replacement hardware. It all came within a few days completely free of charge. So not only are these gorgeous, high quality, and super comfortable chairs, the company that makes them has the best customer service I’ve experienced!

Arrived Scratched, Tough to Assemble
We were excited to receive these chairs for our new patio. We chose them because of their small profile (we have limited space), and decently sized cushions.It took us 3 hours to assemble the first chair – it was extremely difficult to align the holes for the bolts, with the result that two of the bolts were stripped. I felt that the engineering of the structure was not particularly good, needing extensive force to align holes for bolts. And yes, we did leave all the bolts loose and not tightened, as the instructions recommend.The second chair took just over an hour – we used a modified procedure that worked better than what the instructions had included. We then noticed that one of the chair arms was badly scratched as shown in the photo – and are 100% sure that is how it arrived on our doorstep. By then it was just not worth disassembling the chairs and returning them. I will try to get the arm replaced.The chairs are reasonably comfortable, and look really good. Just the back cushion is a little too plump for my body – it could have been a little thinner.

Nice but….
The manufacturer needs to make sure the screws can be installed, several would not go in and in one case (see photo) my husband had to improvise. Instructions are clear, chairs are sturdy and look nice, cushions are great so far.
