Intelligent Design for ALL Seasons
Don’t settle for cheaper options – you’ll get what you pay for. Our leading pizza oven uses a sturdy 3-layer construction that helps prevent ash and other unwanted particles from falling onto your food. And unlike other single-layer ovens, this oven contains a thick insulation layer that increases and maintains ideal high temperatures, even in winter!
Multi-Layer Pellet Box
Get the most out of your hardwood pellet fuel with a multi-level pellet box. Spent pellets and ashes fall to the bottom of the box as they burn, meaning unburnt fuel is constantly feeding heat into the oven
What is the best way to light this pizza oven?
We recommend having the following: Oakwood Pellets, Firestarter, and reliable ignition sources like gas lighters, butane torches, or angled torches. Matches can work if you have enough firestarter material, but you may not see the same consistency
What do I use to heat the oven?
Only use pellets that are meant for cooking and grilling, such as 100% Oakwood pellets. Avoid using softwood pellets that won’t burn as efficiently. DO NOT use pellets meant for animal bedding or heating. These contain additives and harmful chemicals
What SHOULDN’T I use to start fires and light my pizza oven?
Be aware of what you use as fire-starting material when cooking with food. Common items such as pressure-treated or stained wood, newspapers, magazines, or junk mail have inks and other chemicals. Please use materials explicitly sold as firestarters.
What is the best way to add fuel as you cook?
Never add a full load of pellets while lighting or topping up a lit flame. This can create an imbalance in the fuel-oxygen mixture and can even extinguish the flame. Instead, add pellets gradually and allow them to fully light before topping up.
What other precautions should I take using a wood fired pizza oven?
Wind can cause flames to escape from the rear of your pizza oven. Always exercise caution when your pizza oven is lit. DO NOT leave unattended. Always use outdoors and give plenty of space between buildings and other flammable objects.

Pellet fire pizza oven
Bought as a gift for niece and her family. She was happy for the gift, having spent a lot of life as a dependent station in Sicily. The oven follows the same principle as an Italian oven.
Lorraine Battaglia –
Handle broke
The pellet box handle broke only after a couple uses. Very disappointing.
Birgit Povlsen –
Easy to put together
Good assembly directions, and very easy to assemble! Havenât actually used it yet, but the quality seems great.
Bb –
Frustrating. Terrible.
It doesn’t work at all. I mean it does work, pellets light. The temp goes up. The stone gets hot. That is where everything ends. The thing is so small, and there is no insulation to speak of. The cheese on the front half isn’t even melted before the back is burning. Ruined four pizzas trying every combination of thin dough, flipping it around. etc. All of them burned on the sides, raw dough in the middle. Even tried some wings. It burned the ones in back before the ones in the front even started to cook. It also left them raw in the middle and black on the outside. This thing belongs in the garbage, not being sold.
Jeff Artieri –
Love it.
Just as shown in the picture.

Poor quality control
Product delivered with a broken exhaust pipe. Brand new in the box, and this happens. A Christmas gift, so we didnât know until today. Yeah great internal quality control. Even if we get the part, itâs not available to use now.
