A game changer!
I bought this for my home. It has helped me process my feelings and actually find the proper description for them. At times, I might have thought my feeling was anger when in reality it may have been disappointment. I’ve used this when journaling, in conversations with my loved ones and can say it has been a game changer! The back side with the ying yang are daily reminders. I have it sitting in our living room on the TV stand. Having it visible makes it easy to go to. I also enjoy the color coded emotions. It pops so it is also a conversation piece, people tend to ask what it is and what its for. I thought it would be bigger, however I’m NOT disappointed it turns out its just the right size for me. Its lightweight but not flimsy.I would recommend.
