Super comfy
We had a problem with two chairs and the company immediately replaced them! We love this set, the table is beautiful and the chairs are incredibly comfy!! This makes our new deck just that much better!

Solid furniture, terrible assembly instructions
I would love to give this company a 5 star review and if I were just reviewing the quality of the furniture, I might be giving it a 5. The shipping package was very good as the box it came in was a disaster from the shipper but the furniture was undamaged. The real problem I have is the total disregard for the assembly. From the not well thought out packaging of the hardware, to the totally useless instructions. The instructions might as well say âgood luck figuring the first one out but be assured once you do the rest are easyâ. It must have taken me 45 minutes for the first one and the rest about 10 minutes each. This might seem petty, but solid companyâs with customers satisfaction in mind would do better at this.

Not At All Like Picture
Please donât order this set if youâre expecting whatâs in the picture – the table is not two toned with grey, but instead all black.The cushions are a light black/sometimes brown depending on the light. The light grey cushion in the photo is the cover that I got to go on top of these (and the color that was advertised).They arrived in good condition and the size was as expected. Well made, just false advertisement. Almost just too much of a hassle to return

I was actually surprised by the sturdiness of the set. I put it together by myself (60 f) and found it easy to do. Very pleased with this purchase.

Examine shipping cartons carefully!
This heavy steel table arrived separately and weeks later from the 2 shipments of chairs, and the shipping carton was torn in several places. When we finally assembled the table, we noticed the damage as reflected in the attached photo. We wrote to Grand Patio advising them of this damage issue, with full explanation and photos, and, after going back and forth a few times, and our not wanting to return the entire set, GP offered us monetary compensation for the damage and inconvenience. All in all, they did step up and take responsibility for the damage the âshipperâ caused, and were most pleasant to deal with in the email forum. We are waiting to hear back from GP with respect to how we may lessen or eliminate the dent/lump in the tabletop.

Impressive build quality.
I just received my patio set today. I am very impressed with the build quality of this set. My only complaint would be that the rear cushions are somewhat deformed, due to being smashed inside the boxes. However, i think they will regain their shape in a short amount of time. Everything is packaged very well, and the chairs are very comfortable.The table is very nicely built also. Expect about 3 or 4 hours for assembly. Im very satisfied with my purchase !
