Minimal insulation, keeps your lunch cool up to noon time.
This is very lightly insulated. It is best used for lunch in the park as a carrier of food. It will not keep your drinks or food cool if left in a hot car for more than an hour. It can be collapsed for storage.I bought a cheap plastic basket at Walmart that fits inside of this cooler bag. I can slip four cold-packs between the cooler bag and the baskets (one per side). This greatly improves length of cooling time. I also placed some insulation at the bottom of the bag underneath the plastic basket. The basket keeps the interior of the cooler bag cleaner and free from food spills.
