My Current Favorite Book. 🙂
I got this book because I found it at the library and could hardly bear to return it, I loved it so much! It’s a format which is a quick read and provides instant inspiration and motivation. With individual profiles of women and large stand out quotations on each page, this book is great for when you only have a moment to glean something important before setting the book down due to the busier aspects of life. This is NOT a business how-to, so don’t get it if that’s what you’re after. However, it does have personal thoughts on business and what helps the women included in this book to succeed.The item arrived in GREAT shape, better than expected, and VERY quickly.

Immediately upon learning Grace had put together this book, I couldn’t wait to order it and start reading! Anna Rifle Bond is one of my greatest design heroines, and I was thrilled to see her inclusion in the book. As a designer, I couldn’t help but love the soft texture of the cover with the debossed type, the solid pink inner cover, and the beautiful photo of Dana Tanamachi’s studio. Ugh!!! My original intent was to read one interview each night before bed. NO CHANCE! Instead I read 15 last night and couldn’t put it down. I suspect I will have to start reading this in the mornings rather than at night because it makes me so energized I just want to get up and design something. Thank you, Grace, for this lovely idea! This would be the perfect gift for any female creative 🙂 On top of it all, the photography is beautiful and inspiring. I just absolutely love it.

FEED MY IMAGINATION
What a fabulous book! I’ve taken small parts of it, slowly devouring each story, highlighting some key points that call my name, making my own list of lovely quotes. It’s almost like one of my devotionals with highlighted love words and turned down pages to re-read again! What a super idea to call attention to so many business women and offer ideas to help other business women! I recommend this book to any woman in business, whether it’s your business or you’re working for someone else. Very inspiring!

Nice stories from women of all colors and backgrounds
I took this book with me for a long period of time (I usually read a lot and quite fast), reading stories at one moment or another to motivate me and to feel that I am not alone.I really enjoyed it, I took the time and I checked those amazing womenâs companies and work. I also think it is important that we read about very different women in (mostly) the creative and artistic industry; because there was a time 🙂 we really used to read about one kind of woman boss only (if we read about it) and it is difficult to identify when we are so different, thankfully it is not the case here. Nice book for women who want to launch their business or are feeling stuck and in need of inspiration.

I absolutely love this book for 100 different reasons. If you care about your sister, mother, daughter, grandmother, wife and auntie, this is the perfect gift to give. I have referred many to purchase this book. As I have given this book to a few ladies that could appreciate the insightful stories.
