Great looking game. Fun to play, Much better looking than the white PVC. This product is sturdy and looks great. Like other people have said it was missing parts. The gave us two extra of one type and shorted us two for another. It stays together nonetheless. Hoping the company can send extra, but doesnât look to be contact info. Will go out and find replacement parts if needed. For now it works perfectly and looks great.

Nice product read reviews before I purchased. Unfortunately mine was also missing parts to assembleBut it is a very nice product just make sure you know you may have to purchase the screws to assemble.

Missing pieces
I was very disappointed, missing 4 end caps to hold the dial rods on. Had to go to Lowes to to get four M6 nuts. It doesn’t look as good with the nuts but I could not find where to contact the manufacturer to request the parts. I did not have time to return the item for a replacement. There should be a way to contact the manufacturer.

Missing needed part
I bought this for a Christmas gift and when my daughter finally opened it in nicer weather, parts were missing including the balls. Of course this was out of the return window, so I’m put a lot of bucks and my family is out of a gift and game!

Really like the product and craftsmanship, however, half of the attachment hardware was missing. As I bought it for an event, I did not have time to exchange so ended up buying nuts and bolts at the hardware store to make it work. Better QC on the packaging is needed.
