great value for an amazing set – unlimited potential
In the past many years, I have only bought Lego sets with an end game in plan, something that I would build once and never build again, and admire the finished product. As my son is getting older (he’s 5 now) his interest in Lego has gone from the large baby blocks, to the medium size toddler blocks, and now to the “adult” sized regular blocks.He isn’t quite to the level or have the attention span to do an extended build, but this one is perfect. He can either use his imagination and build whatever he wants, or do any of the various ideas already available.I plan to get the large sized one next and let him continue to play and explore.Also – the value is unmatched, as I looked to find random loose pieces to build whatever and this set was actually cheaper than getting random pieces.

Good value starter pack with useful container.
Excellent value when on sale, but be warned, the pieces are mostly tiny, not the big bricks we grew up with, so the part count always feels misleading. That being said its a lot of pieces for the money and the container is definietly usefull and is spacious enough that when unbuilt the pieces only take up less than 1/3 of the volume so its got enough space for most things that are built with it.
