I purchased The blue police motorcycle for my grandson for his birthday. Unfortunately, I waited until a couple days before his birthday to put it together. After two hours of putting it together, the battery would not charge. We tried a different charger from another motorcycle we had and that didnât charge it either. I felt very sad to show him the motorcycle and Tell him that he couldnât ride it because it was broken. Fortunately, we did have other gifts for him.Because I waited to put it together, the return date was a few days past. I decided to call customer service at Amazon. The woman on the phone was very helpful and polite. She arranged for the return of the motorcycle through UPS and for a refund of my money.I havenât decided yet whether to trust ordering another motorcycle. I will probably give my grandson the money and my son and daughter-in-law can decide whether they want to risk ordering another one.

could’nt find the nut for the steering neck ended up being inside fairingfound wen pulled the bolt back out….then the light came out of headlight…had to take fairing apart to replace the bulbwas very frustrating

Received after a week.Only sound and lights are working. motor does not work with pedal. when connect motor directly with battery , it works, but then its out of connect with shift paddel. hence its overall not working. Waste of time and money. RETURNING
