The best little scooter for toddlers
My grandson loves the Little Tikes scooter. He has the perfect home for it too, he can go a long distance in his house from the front to the back. He rides it every day either sitting up front or hilariously sitting on it backwards. I wish it had a horn to honk, that would be perfect.My son who’s now 35, use to have one of the same scooters and he too loved it. We took it everywhere we went because he was so attached to it. Little Tikes put on that yellow back so toddlers can ride or push it, a great addition to this scooter.

The cutest gift for a 1 year old boy!!
I got this for my baby, heâll be one in a few months but since many reviews said parts didnât fit together correctly I wanted to make sure this would work as a gift. Iâm glad I didnât let those reviews deter me because everything fit together perfectly! It does require some serious hammer hits to get things to pop together but once things are on itâs so secure! Itâs true there is not extra wiggle room with the axels but once everything is together itâs a good thing! It look me less than 30 minutes to put together. Every hole thatâs needed was there for me, no extra drilling necessary. Maybe some products are defected but I think itâs likely steps are getting messed up if it doesnât go together well. I suggest laying out all the parts and making sure youâve identified what each piece is exactly. Also doing it on hard ground would help for hammering the cap nuts on, I did it on soft carpet so stabilizing it was the hardest part but I brought that on myself. So happy with this item for the price and canât wait to gift it to him!

I figured out a modification that may help with assembly
If you are having a hard time getting the red cap on the handle bar to stay on (at steps 3 and 4 in the assembly instruction sheet), place a piece of plastic/paper towel between the cap nut (part I) and the cap nut tool (part F). Do this at both ends and hammer. It creates just enough extra push for the red caps to stick to the rod. It’s a simple rig but it worked for me. I hope it helps you!I read the reviews before purchasing. I thought, “if so many people complained about how difficult it is to assemble, the company must have corrected the defects before selling more of these.” I was wrong. The package came with missing and damaged hardware, damaged obviously from the previous buyer trying to assemble the impossibly defective parts. The problem is that the red cap that is supposed to keep the handle attached to the bike does not stay attached to the rod. After about an hour of hammering and hammering (and much swearing) to no avail, I gave up. I requested an exchange.The new one came with the exact same problem. I figured out how to modify the defect and I was finally able to put it together. At steps 3 and 4 in the instruction sheet, I put a piece of plastic between the parts F and red cap. I hate to brag but I’m proud of myself for not giving up and having the brains to solve the problem. My kid loves it. Crossing my fingers this stays together! I’ll update later if it falls apart.

My daughter is one year old and she loves this. The seat is big enough for baby to sit comfortably (she can even standð) and the slightly longer back is great for support and to push the car around. Itâs just simple but well designed and a perfect first car for a baby.

Very good and sturdy ride one for babies even just older than 9 months. The age range is from 9 months to 36 months. It’s also quite low in height and stable, so my baby’s going to learn very soon how to board and deboard it. The handles are easy to hold and my baby’s able to maintain his balance on it, he’s 10.5 months old. There are no pedals, because only babies older than 2 years will be able to manage pedalling and it’s for younger babies. My baby’s also able to use it as a walker by holding the yellow handle. The friction of the tires is just right and baby’s not falling while pushing it. Currently I have to push him from the back as he hasn’t learn to push himself, by placing his feet on the floor, but will probably learn soon. The assembly is complex, but my husband’s family is very engineering oriented, so my father in law fixed it in less than 20 minutes using a hammer. The price is a little high as per indian market, but I wanted this only, as this’s the sturdiest, most balanced and easiest to climb on and get off for babies as young as 9 months. I am justifying it as my baby’s first birthday gift and I wanted to gift him an easy ride on.
