If you are thinking about it, then DO IT! Nex Playground takes screen time to a new level!
I just had to write a review on this product. I knew very little about this before purchasing other than a glance at a facebook post or something regarding the Nex but my wife and I had been convicted over the amount of screen time our girls wanted in their lives and thought this could be a way to keep them active and enjoy screens at the same time. If you are on the fence about this product, BUY IT! We purchased this Christmas of 2024 as a gift to both our girls and it was an immediate, AND LASTING, success. There is an entire community supporting this product for all the right reasons and now we are even seeing some educational content coming out (i.e. the map dart game) that is engaging and is helping my kids to learn at the same time. The yearly subscription fee is well worth it (honestly, i would have spent more on apps in the course of a year) but the activity involved makes this such a great product. My oldest loves laser dodge which is one of the most active games on the platform and gets you working up a sweat in no time. There is also no limit to the age that someone would enjoy this product. We recently took it on a family vacation and had anyone ages 4 through 70 enjoying time on it. Thank you Nex!!!!!!

I got the Nex Playground for Christmas for my kids (ages 7 & 11). We don’t do video games at our house, but since this was an active and interactive game console, I thought I’d give it a try. I’m glad I did–they have loved it so much! They play together and against each on it all the time! It’s great active fun for rainy days. The cube did randomly stop working a few weeks ago, and after troubleshooting, I contacted customer support. They responded immediately and sent a new cube that arrived 2 days later. They even followed back up to make sure everything with the new cube was fine. EXCELLENT customer service!

The best game for mobility, exercise and happy faces !
Amazing !!! I was looking for something that would get my son and daughter moving. My son loves games but he spends all his time sitting in chair, doing absolutely nothing and his health/physical appearance has sadly been affected due to lack of mobility. Iâve spent thousands of dollar trying to motivate him to get outside, play with toys, etc and he seems to ONLY want to sit in his room playing PlayStation which is putting so much weight on him. Iâve been worried and thought Iâd try this as it seems to get the body moving. Well, itâs a hit with both my kids and my son is definitely up and moving. He absolutely loves this game and whatâs even more impressive is so do the adults ( who could also use a bit of exercise ) that live in my house. What a huge win for our family ! I love seeing everyone up, smiles on their faces and moving their bodies ! Canât go wrong here, worth every penny and super easy to set up. Literally a cave man could set up this thing.Highly recommend !

So much fun (and exercise)!
I’ve had this for a week and I’ve met my fitbit exercise goal every single day just by playing games with my 4 year old. It’s a huge hit in this house and as a party game with guests. It’s certainly not for hardcore gamers. The accuracy leaves a bit to be desired sometimes. It generally inclines you towards success in some games, like Starri. My 4 year old just waves his arms around and gets a high score. But it doesn’t matter because we’re still having fun. I look forward to trying the exercise games. And I’m hoping they’ll add yoga!

how fun is this? so much!!! me and my kids love playing on it. we bought the play pass for a year which is an incredible value. it has all the games on it and gets you moving. this is a great game system for anyone at any age. i highly recommend getting it. new games come out all the time. they are always sending updates. i haven’t had one issue with it sense buying it.

If you have kids- this is an absolute WIN. My kids are 7, 5 & 2, and while my two year old isn’t super into it, my oldest two babies are and they LOVE. IT. and truthfully, SO DO I. I used to struggle with being able to occupy my kids so I could get some cleaning done (those who have kiddos with adhd/autism KNOW the struggle) and this has helped me TONS. I offer it as a reward for when they fill their token boards and itâs a hit! My house has never been cleaner and my kids have never been more active! I would also HIGHLY suggest buying the play pass as it has SO. MUCH. It even has exercise games/activities for adults and older kiddos. This little cube has really helped us with our kiddos and it has helped us bond even more with them since there are family games/activities on the play pass as well. 100% recommend this and it is absolutely worth the price.Setting it up is incredibly easy and took us less than 10 minutes to get it set up. I absolutely recommend this to anyone who is contemplating it. DO. IT.

Reminds me of the Wii, love how it gets you moving!
My grand daughter and I love this, but honestly I wish there were a few more games for an older child or adult there is only a few that I dnt care to play but they are hilarious and she likes it so itâs ok lol my youngest grand baby just turned 2 and had stopped talking around 14 mths he was saying all kind ls of words and would repeat wht you asked him to but now nothing almost a yr and he will not repeat anything you ask uugh makes me so sad 🙁 he would say so much he would run around telling my dog âGOOD GIRLâ lol to Cute but now he only talks when he wants to you can understand a few words but he will jibber all day and you can get a few good words we know he can talk cuz he was so I bought this thinking I could getHim to play with me and start back up withTalking idk alot of these just seem to be to old for him quite yet but this game system reminds me of the Wii but you dnt have to hold the remotes we definitely need some other games honestly some just seem a little silly to have and some are honest to god hard uugh havenât had it hooked up a month yet so excited to se what games areComing soon I did sign up for the yearly subscription but probably will not renew but honestly it seems to be worth $100 bux for a yr to get all those extra games if not you will not enjoy this system it originally onlyHad I think 6

As a gamer myself I had been looking for a console that could be my son’s first introductory system & Nex playground fits the bill perfectly. To me, it gives a mash up of Wii & Xbox Kinect vibes. It gets you up off the couch, which is great to burn off young kids energy. It comes with 5 games or you can get a subscription to gain access to a larger catalogue (which isn’t a turn off for me). Setup is easy & straight forward. Active Reddit page. Shipping was good/fast enough. Just remember if you are based in Australia like myself you will need to purchase an additional adaptor before you can use it (I got mine from Bunnings). Overall have been super happy with the system. No issues so far. Son is loving his Elmo game. Looking forward to seeing more game releases.

The first 4 game is useless, the other games with subscription is a really games, it will force you to purchase them after wards you received the product. I just received my product I forced to buy full package for extra 89 usd and from the last night the device had 3 time freeze required fully remove plug and re install plus 2 time its jumped out of the game sadenly .
