Best purchase I’ve made in a long time!!!
This is one of the best purchases I have ever made! I have neck and shoulder issues which result in headaches. I have two different style heating pads but its hard to make them cling to my neck and shoulders. When I saw this offered on Amazon I had to give it a try. I am so glad I did. This thing lives on the back of my couch and it completely covers my problem areas including high on my neck. The dial is super easy to understand and the timer can be set for up to 2 hours. I would say if you suffer from neck/shoulder issues to give this a try. It won’t disappoint!!

Sizing options could be better, but overall good.
Got this to help with neck pain since a regular heat pad won’t hold in place. The heat is good, but it would be nice if it had more button adjustments for sizing around the neck. The auto off feature is nice, but I wish it still had an always on option. Overall though it isn’t bad for the money.

Iâve had some neck issues ever since a car accident many years ago. I cracked a few vertebrae back in my late 20âs and now in my 60âs I can get some residual pain in the back of my neck. This wrap is like getting a warm hug right where I need it! The heat feels so good and I can adjust it exactly how much I want. Bang for the buck-it pretty perfect!

My husband bought this as a Valentine’s gift and gave it to me early. I have had two cervical spine surgeries and on occasions have very tight neck muscles that cause migraines.In the past, I have used several different types of heating pads that don’t really get close to your skin like this one does. The past heating pads I have had to pull with the cord and order for it to get into the area that I needed heated.This heating pad because it wraps around you and has the neck square along with the snap, it stays where it’s supposed to stay and it heats up all of the areas of your neck and shoulders. It has an automatic shut off. You can set the timer for 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes. You can set the heat setting from 1to 6 and if you decide to change the setting it does not disrupt the timer. The fabric is very soft and durable and the size I believe is perfect for what I need it for. The cord length is the perfect size.I love my new “friend” and would highly recommend if someone needs it for neck, shoulder or upper back.

Stopped working with only 2.5 years of light use
Doesn’t last long. I purchased mine in December 2022. It has just stopped working. The lights flicker on the controller then go out. My use of this item was not heavy. Just used it for neck pain intermittently. This item is too expensive, $65, to die in 2 1/2 years.When it worked, it worked well and was very helpful.

Perfect for neck and shoulders, itâs nice to have when you want to get more of your neck versus a normal heating pad that doesnât wrap around like this. I have both for different things. The heat settings are perfect, not too hot on the low setting. Wraps around your neck and shoulders nicely with a little clip in the front to hold it there.
