Camping in your own backyard
I wasnât sure how this was going to work. I live in Las Vegas and itâs really lovely in the evenings even in the winter, just jacket and coat weather. I have a raised area in my backyard that looks over the strip and thought it would be perfect for roasting marshmallows while my grandchildren are here form Santa Monica California. So I set it up in the middle of the rise, put chairs all around,Got the wood and the kindling and it turned out absolutely perfectly. It was lots of fun to roast marshmallows around the campfire sit and talk and laugh and the kids were really thrilled. We will use this fire Pit often. Donât sit on the side where the wind is blowing. No sparks or difficulty with the fire. The pit is nice and deep and felt very safe. The wood smells so good when it burns. We only used a couple of logs you donât need many. We put the top on after we were finished, put a little bit of water just with a sprayer over the logs that were still burning and that was it. I highly recommend and it was easy to put together. My husband did it in about 10 minutes.

Nicely Done
At this price I didn’t expect a lot, just something to gather around and socially distance during the pandemic. But it’s well made and the screened in bottom adds to the visual effects of the burning fire. There are more efficient units that actually throw more heat, and I know from experience that they work well, but that was not my objective. Does exactly what I hoped for and is holding up well.

It was already rusted when I received it. I had to paint with some high-heat paint. No holes in the bottom in case it fills with water when it rains. I drilled a few holes. It’s an okay fire pit. I would not buy this pit for heavy use. This is okay for occasional use. I do like the screen on top. The tool they provide to remove the screen is very cheap and short.

Donât buy. Mine came rusted on one side of the drum area. The paint was flaking off and bubbled up. Ridiculously bad quality.
