Smaller than I anticipated but still a good fan for camping
This Instern Floor Fan Camping was a smaller fan than i was anticipating. While the overall unit is a bit larger than i was anticipating. The fan blade is only about 5 or 6 inches but the overall size is around 4″ front to back, 8″ wide and 10″ tall.The fan housing rotates about a horizontal axis allowing you to adjust the direction of the fan up or down. You can also adjust is side to side by rotation the whole fan. It comes with two batteries so on an be charged while the other is being used. The fan does provides a good flow of air that I could feel about 10′ away at its highest speed.The unit has a flashlight on it and the batteries each have a small flashlight on them too. The batteries are easy to insert into the unit and the unit itself is easy to turn on and adjust the speed and direction. The batteries also have a output port that can be used for charging cell phones or other items. So this ends up being a 3 in 1 (fan, flashlights, and cell phone charging station) The only thing that could make it better would be the ability to charge via solar power.
