Sturdy and highly adjustable
My old clip-on light broke at the plastic casing, and I decided to get something more sturdy. This has a nice, heavy base, and angles nicely. I use it as a reading light when I can’t sleep – just loosen the wing nut at the hinge, angle it down, and tighten the nut again. I don’t find myself using the phone holder much because I use a web cam for my work calls and I find the spring-loaded holder kind of awkward. But I like the adjustable height, angle, light temperature, and brightness.

Oh. My. God. I LOVE THIS. It comes with the block that plugs into the wall so thatâs a plus. My iPhone didnât even come with one of those ð but the light modes are amazing and the stand is very sturdy. GET IT NEOWWW

Solid mount, good range of lighting, too bright
On the lowest brightness, it was too bright. I fixed this with some neutral density (ND) gels. ND3 was just right. Just get a sheet, cut it around the housing, leave some flaps and velcro the gel sheet to the back.Alternatively, I suppose you could disassemble the housing and place the ND gel in front of the surface, then close it back up while sandwiching the gel in place.

I hope this lasts for many years because it’s fantastic. I work from home and have back-to-back Zoom meetings all day long. Super flattering lightâ¦Nice quality.
Really love this light for my job in front of zoom all day. The light is more even than a ring lightâ¦I donât notice the annoying reflection in my glasses all day. Also, the frosted nature is easier on the eyes. I have migraines and this light is less triggering than some of my previous ring lights. Very flattering light and high quality.

Dangerously hot, fire risk!
I bought 2 of these la.ps before and everything worked very well. So well that I ordered another pair and o e worked okay, but it flickers some. The other one does not change mode and does not change the level of brightness, but the scariest part was that the cable and the control got extremely hot! Unfortunately I had not had a chance to try them until 10 days after the return window closed. I tried the various troubleshooting ideas the seller recommended to no avail. Sadly, I got a lemon and I am stuck with it.

Super happy! I have smaller tabletop lights with plastic stands I keep knocking over all day long. I took a chance on this one and wow I am very pleased with the heavier base and the brightness for photos. It has not been knocked over once today, so I ordered another one to arrive tomorrow and have on each side to make it even better. I sent to my friend, she is ordering too!
