poor man’s RE-20?
This might be a podcast mic but it really kicks azz as a stage vocal mic as well. Bought it a couple months ago as a possible replacement for my SM58 and frankly never used the 58 again. Rugged build, fantastic open nearly-condenser quality sound with dynamic feedback immunity. It’s a bit heavy so you might want to get a high quality mic stand for it if, like me, you’re using it w/ a boom stand. Gain is a little lower than most dynamics I’ve worked with but nothing a decent mixer can’t handle. Super happy with this purchase

Sturdy, and reliable, pair this with a Coda stealth.
I own several microphones, my collection includes an AT-2020, A Rode procaster, A CAD-e100s, and the rode pod mic. The pod mic has super high build quality, and it’s lighter than most microphones in it’s class. It is dynamic so I recommend pairing it with a Coda stealth. This mic has withstood years of heavy use without faltering, it’s my daily driver. The procaster is too heavy for most mic arms, and my CAD E-100 S/ AT-2020 are only for voice work in a sound controlled environment.

This seems like a great mic, but I misread the listing and didn’t realize it didn’t have the stand or the cables required to use it. I returned it.

Solid Mic, Great Sound
Iâve been using the Rode PodMic for a few weeks now, mostly for YouTube voiceovers and some casual podcasting, and Iâve been really happy with it. The sound is clean and full, and it captures my voice in a way that just feels more polished compared to other mics Iâve used. Itâs built like a tankâheavy, all metal, and feels like itâs made to last. I didnât expect much at this price point, but itâs definitely exceeded my expectations. It also handles background noise well, which has been helpful in my untreated room. Great mic if you want good audio without spending a fortune.

If youâre looking for an affordable yet high-quality microphone for broadcasting, this is an excellent choice!i wish it had background noice cancellation tho. but overall a great product. im using it for my podcast “the Succesfull Muslimah” check it out if thats something you think youll be intrested in !

I can’t say enough good things about this mic, from the moment I unboxed it, the build quality impressed me considering its price point. It feels sturdy and strong.The sound quality is nothing short of exceptional, my voice comes through rich and clear, with a warm tone that truly enhances my recording experience, this is coming from a Shure sm7b, where my online friends noted that my microphone quality had improved since changing to this mic. despite the lower price point,Its general usefulness makes it a good all round microphone and i would encourage anyone to buy this microphone before considering a higher price point

Ama bir gıdım bile kısınca o da kayboluyor. Ses yüksekliÄi de yeterince iyi geldi bana. Daha da fazla gain gerekir bir gün diye Klark Teknik CT1 Mic Booster sipariÅ ettim.
