Great stuff for unorganized slobs like me.
Great framework for me to get organized on projects. Bring back the large daily planner, the 8X11 one. Itâs large enough for me to see and write on. PLEASE!

Excellent for emergency prep as well as long term complex projects on our homestead
This handy little pad really forced us to get our âstuffâ together this winter when we were faced with more than a dozen tasks â that absolutely HAD to be done — before a major ice storm combined with 30-40MPH winds on our rural homestead. After hearing the three day forecast we sat down with this pad, scribbled âLast Minute Ice/Wind Storm Prepâ at the top as our âGoals/Objectives,â and began listing all the must-do challenges to be completed before the storm hit. Instead of assigning anyone to specific tasks, we did quite the opposite: the next day we split up into different sections of this property to work the list â then raced back to the house to check each completely task off while noting our initials in the âWhoâ column. It was a hectic three days of racing around, but this little notepad kept us focused throughout. We knew failing to take care of a single action item could result in damage to the house, injuries or even deaths for our farm animals, or just miserable experiences. Using this little pad turned everything into a nearly enjoyable ârelay raceâ as we rushed to get everything done. Hereâs what we finally checked off and initialed as âI did this and double-checked my workâ:* Hang a 40 watt lightbulb in the well house outside* Stuff insulation into the basement windows* Tarp the wall outside over the basement windows* Fill all 24 water totes; park in the bathrooms plus by the back door* Charge up the Jackery power station to 100%* Call insurance agent, confirm full insurance is paid up* Bed down sheep barn with an extra four straw bales* Fill all indoor wood racks, plus outside wood racks at the top of the ramp* Clean and refill 55 gallon drum by poultry cabins; cover with insulation blankets* Cover all poultry units with additional (new) tarps* Hang quilts over all curtains and doors in the house* Disconnect SUV battery; lay cardboard over engine compartment under the hoodWe made it through the storm OK, and have now started planning a more complicated project (building a new house for our ducks) using this pad to guide us. Itâs an excellent planning tool, although I would have liked it even better if the check-list section had been double-spaced to provide more room per action item, otherwise Iâd certainly recommend this project pad to anyone faced with complicated or time-sensitive emergency situations.

awesome 1-page project outliner … simple, clear, impactful.
I love the “mini” format of this 1-page project planner pad. Fits easily into the larger zipper portfolio cover I use for work with Rhodia dotted full-size note tablets. It enables tracking project level objectives, tasks, status while sketching out the larger vision on the Rhodia dotted pads. Voila! A powerful little toolbox for people who think, write, draw, create on the move. Then I take a photo of the Project Planner 1-pager; and the sketches in Rhodia dotted tablet to store in my digital file system – either Apple Notes or Evernote for example. Searchable, available in the cloud, shareable with team members, clients, project partners, etc.

Perfect Planner
So far, this is the best pad for organizing projects, tasks, events or whatever else. We love the way it is set up and the pad allows it to be used for more than one project. This pad is a must have.
