Great Customer service
I got these in November, 2024. They work well and as advertised, but what actually drove me to give it 5 stars was the customer service this company provides. Initially I had a little technical confusion. I wrote the company and they responded the next day with even more specific answers to my questions (along with/pics). Lastly, I upgraded my iPhone, which now has a USB C connection. I wrote them and asked how I could buy the USB C receiver. They replied the next day (as usual) and informed me that they do not sell the receiver separately, but they were going to ship one out to me FREE OF CHARGE. This is next level customer service. I would definitely buy from this Co. again. Thanks again!

It’s true. They are great
I was a bit hesitant to believe all the ads that I have seen on social media using these little mics but it’s all true! What a great little device to do your streaming with. If there is any background noise at all there is a setting to cancel it all out. I also couldn’t believe the distance it stayed connected. I had no issues connecting and seemed compatible with my iphone. The are small enough to tuck in your pocket or bag and seem to be very durable and great battery life. I love that it was a two pack so you can have multiple people using them at once for vlogging.

Super Easy, only one complaint
Now, these things are great. with these you will get much better audio. my literal only complaint is, there’s no bluetooth connect option… don’t get me wrong, the USB Iphone plug in is great for convenience but it sucks that you can’t use these microphones if your phone is on the charger (aka low battery). me personally, i use these for gaming on my Ipad and i have to just stop using VC whenever my battery gets low.I don’t really blame the company, because no where do they claim to be able to connect via bluetooth. I just wish it was a feature they provided, especially because i have to remove my ipad and iphone cases in order for the plug in to be able to reach my iphone charger port. please make the USB reach alittle farther cuz having to remove my case between every use is a pain

Got this one to make videos & improve audio quality therein. Look is cute & small enough. Had more expectations from noise cancellation. It’s fine but if you’ve high noise of trafic around, it still gets captured. Overall it’s decent product of its price.
